Bernard Hodes Participates and Presents at 2008 EUCI Conference

Bernard Hodes’ team members Christen Uber, Vince Vitti and Sean Broderick will participate in the EUCI Conference on April 21st and 22nd held in St. Louis, MO at the Chase Park Plaza. This year’s theme is Aging Workforce: How Communication and Technology Can Help. The conference objectives are to explore some of the options that companies can use technology to create better branding campaigns and retain workers once they are hired. Specifically it will cover:
- How successful internet recruiting campaigns are run
- Talking to the Millennial generation in their own language
- Why labor needs forecasting is critical to maintaining a healthy organization
- The best way to reach the new generation of recruits
- Why using branding to establish yourself as a forward thinking company is so important
- How technology can be used to increase the efficiency of employee on-boarding programs
During the conference Christen Uber and Vince Vitti will be participating in the Branding Your Company To Reach Millenials Session presenting specifically on Employer Brand Metrics, Hodes’ Employer Brand Awareness Index Study and Best Practices to support becoming an Employer of Choice. Day 1 will be completed with Bernard Hodes’ sponsorship of the evening’s networking session. Sean Broderick will be launching day 2 of the conference with opening remarks regarding How to Utilize Web 2.0 Technology to Attract and Retain the Millenial Workforce. All of the Bernard Hodes presenters are looking forward to participating in this year’s conference.
