Bradley Savoy | Vice President

Bradley Savoy is the Vice President of Strategic Development, Hodes QTrac and Consulting. He oversees the Hodes QTrac and Consulting practices and advises senior Human Resources and Staffing executives on strategic optimization of their human capital strategies and practices.

Bradley brings more than 15 years of Human Resources and Staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Savoy held a variety of leadership positions in Human Resources and Staffing with world-class companies, including Client Executive at Taleo, Vice President of Staffing and Staffing Practices at Bank of America, Director of Recruiting at Andersen, and Human Resources and Staffing Manager at Primix Solutions. Bradley began his career as an HR generalist, recruiter, and human capital consultant with RMC and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Bradley brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and Staffing leadership, organizational strategy and design, change management, M&A experience, and technology as well as a deep back ground in applying Six Sigma to staffing.

Bradley is based in Charlotte, NC and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.

Christen Uber | Director, Hodes QTrac and Consulting Services

Christen is responsible for strategic advisement, client management, consulting, and analysis to clients of Hodes QTrac and Consulting practices.

Christen Uber brings more than 14 years of Human Resources and Staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Uber held a variety of leadership positions in Human Resources and Staffing; including Director of Human Resources at Place Properties; Area HR Manager at Randstad; HR Supervisor at AIG; and Director of HR with Cardio Fitness.

Uber brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and Staffing leadership, organizational strategy and design, change management, training, HR and Staffing Technology, Benefits, Compensation design and administration. Christen is based in Atlanta, GA and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Westminster College.

Jasmine Flowers | Manager, Hodes QTrac and Consulting Services

Jasmine is responsible for client project management, analysis, recommendations, and consulting with clients of Hodes QTrac and Consulting practices.

Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Flowers was a Human Capital Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Flower’s brings a wealth of knowledge in change management, on-boarding, analysis, training, and HR Technology to Bernard Hodes Group.

Jasmine is based in Atlanta, GA and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Spelman College.

Jennifer Klimas | Special Projects Manager

Jennifer is responsible for client management, consulting and analysis to clients of Hodes QTrac and Consulting practices. In addition, Jennifer provides strategic direction and sourcing solutions to various Hodes clients and completes high priority projects and research assignments.

Jennifer brings 13 years of Human Resources and Staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Klimas led diversity and sourcing efforts for American Express as the Manager of Diversity and Talent Acquisition.

Jennifer began her career with Manpower Temporary Services in an Operations and Training role and also worked at a recruitment agency affiliated with a Minneapolis based CPA firm. Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge in diversity recruitment, key sourcing channels, employee referral programs, Staffing Operations, Training and HR Technology to Bernard Hodes Group.

Jennifer is based in Chicago, IL and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
